Terms of Service

By using BeautifulGrids ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

The Service

BeautifulGrids is a photo grid builder that lets you create, customize, and export image grids. The Service is operated by BeautifulGrids ("we", "us").

Accounts

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Free and paid plans

• Free: Limited resolution (SD), watermark included, up to 6x6 grids, PNG export only
• Plus ($3/mo or $30/yr): Up to 4K export, PDF, no watermark, unlimited grids
• Pro ($8/mo or $75/yr): 8K export, logo upload, auto-label, multi-page PDF, priority support

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until renewal.

Payments and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime via Settings — you keep access until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial billing periods.

Your content

You own your images. We do not claim any rights to content you upload. Images are stored in your Google Drive, not on our servers. We access them only to render your grids.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Abuse the API or attempt to bypass billing
• Resell the Service without permission
• Overload the system with automated requests beyond reasonable use

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
